Rebecca Warren: Every Aspect of Bitch Magic is the artist’s first comprehensive monograph, presenting an extensive survey her work since 1996, with generous full-color images depicting the full range of sculpture in clay, bronze, and steel, as well as in less-traditional materials such as neon. The book also features views of twenty exhibitions from 2000 to 2012, including her solo shows at the Serpentine Gallery in London and the Kunsthalle Zürich, and her installations at the 2006 Turner Prize exhibition and the 2011 Venice Biennale. An essay by Bice Curiger helps trace the roots of Warren’s work, drawing connections as disparate as Alberto Giacometti and Robert Crumb.
