Can I come to the gallery in New York to pick up my order?

To pick up books or posters from the gallery, please email orders@matthewmarks.com for assistance. To pick up an edition from our gallery at 523 West 24th Street, select the Local NYC Pickup option in the cart and alex@matthewmarks.com will contact you to schedule a pickup time. You will not be charged for shipping & handling. New York City sales tax (8.875%) will be applied.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards for online transactions. If you would prefer to pay by check or wire transfer, please email orders@matthewmarks.com.

How will sales tax be calculated for my order?

The sales tax will be calculated according to your shipping location and applied at checkout.

When will my order arrive?

Please allow 5 business days for processing and handling. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.

All books and posters are shipped via the US Postal Service. Once you enter your shipping address in the cart, the available shipping methods will be displayed.

Editions are shipped to the continental United States via overnight FedEx (signature required).

How are posters and books packed?

Posters are rolled and shipped in sturdy cardboard tubes. Books are shipped in Colompac reinforced cardboard mailers.

Do you gift wrap?

No, we do not gift wrap books, posters, or editions.

What is the return policy?

Items may be returned in the same condition in which they were received within 15 days of delivery. Upon receipt of the returned item, Matthew Marks Gallery will refund the purchase price and applicable state sales tax to the original method of payment. To return an edition, please contact Matthew Marks Gallery to obtain a return shipping label. Shipping charges to and from Matthew Marks Gallery are not refundable.

What if my order is damaged in transit?

If an item is received in damaged condition, please notify Matthew Marks Gallery within 7 days of delivery so Matthew Marks Gallery may arrange return shipping. Upon receipt of the returned item, Matthew Marks Gallery will refund the full purchase price, including applicable state sales tax and shipping charges, to the original method of payment.
