This work was made as a special edition for Parkett 78, published in 2006. The high-heeled shoe and rounded form evoke Rebecca Warren’s iconic sculpture Helmut Crumb (1998), an irreverent tribute to the overt sexuality of Helmut Newton’s photographs and Robert Crumb’s comics.
