This set of prints features drawings of male and female genitals, reminiscent of childhood doodling, originally created as the endpapers for Heat (1989), a collaborative work with Joyce Carol Oates produced by the Whitney Museum of American Art. Gober also used this imagery in a wallpaper work created for an installation the same year.
